Company respects the privacy of users (“user” or “you”) of the Website, as well as mobile and web applications, and other media forms and media channels related or connected (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website and/or Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Here at Eynio we know that you care about your privacy and how your personal information is being used and shared and that is why we are providing data confidentiality and respecting the privacy of all users of our Website and Services.
This Privacy Policy refers to data collected by us through our Website or Services and it covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and non-personally identifiable information (“Non-Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing Website or using our Services, but not to the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we don’t manage.

What information do we collect through our apps (the web and mobile)?
Basic Profile Information:
Email Addresses: When you create an account, we collect and store your email address. From that point forward, your email address will be used for communication between us. In addition, we provide you with the ability to add specific individuals to access your account as an authorized users, or to invite other individuals such as friends or family to share access to your content such as controlling your smart devices, cameras, etc. We will ask you for the email address of any such individuals and automatically send an email invitation on your behalf. We are using this information to send emails, to register your friend if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our invitation services.
Name & Photo: Your account requires you to provide certain basic profile information like your name and profile photo. Names and profile photos may be shown to others in connection with the Services. For example, if you invite someone as an additional authorized user, he or she will be able to see your name and photo. You should only use photos you are willing to make public.
Information Collected Automatically
Whenever you interact with our Services (via a mobile or web application, browser, or other application, connecting a physical device to our services or otherwise), we automatically receive and record information about it on our servers.
Location & IP Address

We collect your email address when you send us a message through our contact form and we are keeping it for communication, meaning answering on you messages and inquiries. In addition, if you subscribe to our newsletter, we may use your email address to send you newsletters, notifications regarding new services offered by us that we think you may find valuable and Service-related announcements. Generally, you may opt out of such emails with the option “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the mail.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take the security of your Personal Information very seriously and follow general standards for the protection of the Personal Information that you submit. The user can request complete account data and credentials to be deleted. Afterward, we will process the request, delete and remove all the data.
In addition, there will be an option to delete account within the Services.
NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
From time to time we may collect NonPersonal Information on our Website such as how many users visit a specific page on Website or Service, how long a user stays on a page, the user’s operating system and browser type and the locations of the Web pages the user views right before arriving at, while navigating and immediately after leaving this Service, demographic information and similar. AGE-RELATED ISSUES
We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) requires that online service providers obtain parental consent before they knowingly collect Personal Information online from children who are under 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for our services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we find out that we have collected Personal Information from a person under the age of 13, we will respond quickly, and delete his/her Personal Information as well as his/her account.
